30 Day Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with you purchase, feel free to return it within 30 days of the original receipt to receive your complete money back, no questions asked. To return a product, you must obtain an RA# (Return Authorization Number) by email at this address: returns@crossroadscatholicgifts.com. We use this number to trace your order and verify your information.

All returnable merchandise must be sent, freight prepaid at customer's expense, and received by us within 30 days of date shipped in its original condition. Upon receipt we will issue you a full refund (less all shipping costs).

We require that returned items be in the same condition as when we sent them out. To insure a full refund, please return the product to us in the same packaging as it was received. Poorly packaged items may cause breakage in delivery to us and are then non-returnable.

Damaged or defective merchandise can be exchanged free of charge by contacting us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
